Nana bought each of the boys amaryllis bulbs last fall and we planted them in a pot and watched them grow. They grew so tall and so fast. G's grew too tall and the stalk broke because it couldn't support the bloom. (Mommy forgot to tie it to a stake) M's bloomed right before Christmas and then his stalk broke from the weight of the bloom. I took them outside and planted the bulbs a couple of weeks ago. This is now.
