Here are some pictures from our adventure on July 3rd. We went to Stone Mountain Park. We rock wall climbed, did rope obstacle course, putt-putt, road the old time train around the bottom of the mountain, road the sky lift to the top of the mountain (too hot to walk), the best was harvesting the fruit in the Great Barn. The fruit was small, soft, colorful balls that were being shot from guns and put in machines from the 2nd and 3rd floors that would send them down a chute for others to catch and "harvest". You earned points each time you used a machine. There was also tunnel slides and rope ladders for the kids to play on. The end of the day was us stretched out on a huge lawn, watching the laser lightshow and fireworks. (Gunnar fell asleep right before the fireworks started.) Lots of fun. Mom even attempted climbing the rock wall to overcome her fear of heights but didn't quite make it. There is always next time.
